We would love for things to go smoothly and not experience:

• missing parts and pieces

• things breaking and needing to determine responsibility

• students disfiguring or permanently modifying parts

• the courier service breaking crates

Life seems to have other plans and things go missing or need replacing. We understand. The first step is get in touch with us and let us know what's happening. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
